Yoga is the balance of mind, body, and soul. In my class, we will use yoga breath, posture, and meditation to achieve the balance within us. Fawn is trained in Classic Yoga based in Indian and Hindu culture. The goal of yoga is not to be flexible, but to attain pure consciousness. Yoga is a lifelong discipline that benefits the body and mind to help itself through the steps of aging to be healthy, strong, and vital.
